Returns Policy

Under distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods for a full refund. After seven working days, we will only refund you if the product is received faulty or damaged, not when a product is simply unwanted.

We cannot accept returns on any special order items unless the item is damaged or faulty. We will inform you of this before accepting  your order.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service and insure the delivery up to the cost of the goods. We can not be held responsable for loss of good in return transit.
