Based on the proven sensor technology, the latest generation of accelerometers from Hansford Sensors feature an even greater degree of functionality, combined with improved performance, to help engineers identify potential problems quickly and easily. This new range of Low Cost, 4-20 mA Output for PLC and Special Purpose Accelerometers, offer excellent levels of efficiency, high accuracy, ease of installation and zero maintenance. The HS-Series are now the most cost-effective solution for vibration monitoring currently available for Condition Monitoring applications.
For most applications a standard 0-25 mm/sec or 0-5g would be a suitable range for the 4-20mA Output but an extensive non standard range is also available on request. The NEW M12 compact connector design and a variety of mounting options to facilitate easy installation allows the accelerometers to be mounted on flat or curved surfaces, and offers extremely accurate readings in even the most demanding conditions.

The new generation HS Series now have an ATEX and IEC Ex Approval for Hazardous Area applications, such as Group I (Mining) and Group II (Petrochemical) and are ideal for use in on-line and off-line vibration monitoring systems.
These are directly compatible most commercially available data collectors. They are available in many different configurations and with an extensive range of mounting options cable lengths and accessories.
